Requirements
- 5+ years of people management experience leading commercial, sales, field account management, or customer success teams.
- Experience managing at least five direct reports with responsibility for measurable performance goals.
- Proven healthcare experience influencing physicians, clinic staff, or health system stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of healthcare environments and complex clinic relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to improve individual and team performance through coaching and metric inspection.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate performance data into execution strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 2–3 weeks per month.
- Access to a major airport and valid driver's license for travel between clinic visits.
- Fluency with AI research and productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Provider Relations Managers through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and field observations.
- Drive team performance against growth, engagement, retention, and onboarding objectives.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies for underperforming providers and markets.
- Spend 2–3 weeks per month in the field providing real-time coaching and supporting high-priority customer interactions.
- Create and refine playbooks, training materials, and operating rhythms for provider relations.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Care Delivery teams to address enablement gaps and improve provider engagement.
