Requirements

  • 5+ years of people management experience leading commercial, sales, field account management, provider engagement, or customer success teams.
  • Experience managing at least 5 direct reports or equivalent team scope with accountability for measurable monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Provider-facing healthcare experience influencing physicians, clinic staff, health system stakeholders, or healthcare operators.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements through coaching, feedback, and metric inspection.
  • Ability to travel regularly for in-market field coaching, typically 2-3 weeks per month.
  • Access to a well-connected major airport.
  • Fluency with AI research and productivity tools.
  • Preferred: Experience in RPM, CCM, APCM, chronic care, value-based care, ACO, digital health, healthcare SaaS, or medical devices.
  • Preferred: Salesforce experience.
  • Preferred: Experience building playbooks, onboarding programs, or field operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a pod of PRMs, ensuring accountability for individual and overall performance through 1:1s, reviews, and field observations.
  • Own pod-level goals related to provider growth, ordering, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and new provider onboarding.
  • Translate performance data into actionable priorities and drive consistent operating rhythms including Salesforce hygiene and field activity.
  • Travel 2-3 weeks per month with PRMs for provider and clinic visits to observe execution and provide real-time coaching.
  • Model effective provider conversations, objection handling, and workflow development within complex clinic environments.
  • Identify and resolve workflow barriers limiting provider adoption and scale successful approaches across markets.
  • Develop and improve materials, playbooks, and tools in partnership with Growth, Product, and Care Delivery teams.
