Requirements
- 5+ years of people management experience leading commercial, sales, field account management, provider engagement, or customer success teams.
- Experience managing at least 5 direct reports or equivalent team scope with accountability for measurable monthly/quarterly goals.
- Provider-facing healthcare experience influencing physicians, clinic staff, health system stakeholders, or healthcare operators.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements through coaching, feedback, and metric inspection.
- Ability to travel regularly for in-market field coaching, typically 2-3 weeks per month.
- Access to a well-connected major airport.
- Fluency with AI research and productivity tools.
- Preferred: Experience in RPM, CCM, APCM, chronic care, value-based care, ACO, digital health, healthcare SaaS, or medical devices.
- Preferred: Salesforce experience.
- Preferred: Experience building playbooks, onboarding programs, or field operating rhythms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a pod of PRMs, ensuring accountability for individual and overall performance through 1:1s, reviews, and field observations.
- Own pod-level goals related to provider growth, ordering, engagement, retention, churn reduction, and new provider onboarding.
- Translate performance data into actionable priorities and drive consistent operating rhythms including Salesforce hygiene and field activity.
- Travel 2-3 weeks per month with PRMs for provider and clinic visits to observe execution and provide real-time coaching.
- Model effective provider conversations, objection handling, and workflow development within complex clinic environments.
- Identify and resolve workflow barriers limiting provider adoption and scale successful approaches across markets.
- Develop and improve materials, playbooks, and tools in partnership with Growth, Product, and Care Delivery teams.
