Requirements
- 5+ years of BSA/AML alert review, investigations, or QC/QA experience.
- Proficiency with Actimize, FCRM, and/or Bridger software.
- Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills.
- Ability to apply sampling and error-taxonomy standards consistently.
- Clear written communication skills at an examiner-ready standard.
- Working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- CAMS certification preferred (must obtain within 12 months if not held).
- Prior quality-review, peer-review, or independent-testing exposure preferred.
- Experience with product-specific red flags in card issuing, acquiring, tax products, or digital payments.
Responsibilities
- Execute weekly QC sample reviews across alerts, cases, complex investigations, merchant acquiring, and sanctions dispositions.
- Assess documentation against the five-element baseline and Knowledgeable Third-Party Standard.
- Classify findings into critical, significant, or administrative categories and document rationale.
- Provide constructive, objective feedback to analysts and investigators.
- Participate in monthly calibration sessions.
- Identify recurring quality themes and escalate findings for thematic review.
- Maintain QC working papers and support audit/examination requests with evidence.
