Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial data analysis.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience with familiarity in general accounting, treasury, and reconciliation reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formula writing (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH).
- Experience working with large, complex data sets and file manipulation.
- Proven ability to provide customers with project updates, manage open items, and address barriers.
- Demonstrated ability to apply services to dynamic situations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Lead Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare engagements including implementation and parallel services.
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and data visualization tools.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and provide accurate financial forecasts.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and key performance metrics for executive leadership.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting processes and long-term financial planning.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial analysis with objectives.
