Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in business development or BDR responsibilities, with strong fundamentals in outbound prospecting, objection handling, and meeting generation.
  • Ability to conduct thorough account research and translate business insights into relevant, personalized prospect messaging.
  • Experience working with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft and CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use performance metrics to identify what is working and adapt quickly.
  • Ability to maintain consistent quality and attention to detail while handling a high volume of prospecting activity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing activities across a diverse account portfolio.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for direction.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a genuine interest in continuous experimentation and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Generate outbound pipeline across a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts through structured prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Conduct detailed account and prospect research to understand business priorities and develop clear hypotheses around how the solution can address specific challenges.
  • Craft personalized, insight-led messaging that connects prospect needs with relevant business outcomes.
  • Test outreach strategies and messaging, analyze performance data, and continuously refine approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage a dynamic prospect pipeline, prioritizing activities effectively across multiple accounts and moving qualified leads efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • Partner closely with Commercial Account Executives to align outreach strategies, coordinate prospect engagement, and ensure well-qualified handoffs.
  • Use sales engagement and CRM platforms to execute organized sequences, maintain accurate prospect records, track activities, and monitor performance.
  • Take ownership of individual results while proactively identifying opportunities to improve prospecting processes and overall team performance.
