Requirements
- 8-12+ years of relevant experience in high-scale media strategy, preferably with a consumer marketplace.
- Expertise in upper-funnel media channels: Linear TV, OTT, CTV, Audio, OOH, and Programmatic.
- Demonstrated experience in media buying, negotiations, and agency management.
- Hands-on experience with Geo-Uplift testing implementation and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
- Proficiency in improving workflow automation via Python, scripts, and various SaaS tools.
- Ability to implement AI-driven systems to enhance marketing delivery capacity.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting data-driven insights to leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in a quantitative or business field is a plus.
- Ability to work remotely and reside in FL, GA, ID, NC, TX, WA, or MI.
Responsibilities
- Drive long-range strategy for upper-funnel channels to acquire new customers.
- Manage multi-channel media buying, negotiations, and inventory quality across TV, CTV, Audio, and OOH.
- Orchestrate external agency relationships and hold them accountable to performance benchmarks.
- Work with Marketing Data Science to develop measurement frameworks, including MMM and Geo-Uplift testing.
- Architect and execute workflow automation using AI tools and scripts to improve marketing capacity.
- Communicate complex media and AI concepts effectively to executive stakeholders.
