Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in the SaaS industry.
- Strong background in GTM strategy, program management, or revenue operations.
- 2+ years of experience leading or managing Senior or Principal-level ICs.
- Proven track record of coaching high performers and growing teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and KPIs to measure program impact.
- Technically fluent in writing clear, concise business requirements.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts simply to an executive audience.
- Experience or clear point of view on using AI tools to transform strategy and operations work.
- Player/coach mentality: comfortable setting strategic direction while contributing directly to initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for developing and executing partner strategy across tiering, benefits, incentives, and requirements.
- Serve as a key strategy and operations business partner to Global Partner Development, Sales Operations, and Finance.
- Develop and inspire a team of Senior and Principal Program Managers.
- Partner with the Data and Analytics team to ground all strategy decisions in KPIs.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline work within the team.
- Oversee the design and execution of partner tiering frameworks and program benefits.
- Write and review clear business requirements for technical teams.
- Define and track KPIs such as MRR, partner activation rates, and pipeline velocity.
