Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7 years of experience in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
- 2 years of management experience.
- Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics, and research.
- Experience with Retail Markets.
- Experience leading and mentoring staff.
- Ability to interact successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
- Organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Business acumen and project/process integration skills.
- MBA or MHA preferred.
- 3+ years experience in Medicare Advantage Bid preferred.
- Technical proficiency in Teradata, SQL, and Excel preferred.
Responsibilities
- Execute the business plan, strategies, analytics, and data needs for the Medicare Advantage division.
- Partner with divisional leadership to drive Medicare Advantage bid strategy and optimize bid outcomes.
- Lead the development and execution of bid strategy, service area, and product expansion roadmaps.
- Manage overall bid process governance and ensure alignment with enterprise divisional strategy.
- Document and analyze competitive and market information for short- and long-term planning.
- Oversee a multifaceted function spanning analytics, reporting, project management, and operational readiness.
- Lead and mentor staff while partnering across the organization to evolve bid processes.
