- 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and growing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of setting clear product vision and business strategies for complex product areas.
- Experience scaling B2B SaaS products for SMB and enterprise customers.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving organizations while driving cross-team impact.
- Bias toward shipping and learning quickly.
- Deep commitment to building high-quality products.
- Strong decision-making skills balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and iteration.
- Openness to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work.
- Experience with security or compliance products is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across trust, audit, and segmentation.
- Inherit, lead, and grow a product team by hiring and mentoring product managers.
- Establish strong product thinking and execution within the team.
- Evolve product strategy to an AI-first approach, enabling agentic workflows.
- Manage critical business metrics including revenue from managed products and add-ons.
- Drive enterprise customer adoption and satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define a vision balancing innovation, scalability, and customer impact.
