Job Details

15+ years of progressive product management experience in technical B2B SaaS.
Demonstrated Senior Director-level scope managing multi-product-line strategy and business outcomes.
Hands-on experience shipping AI-native or AI-augmented products.
Proven track record managing distributed teams, including teams based in India.
Experience in mid-scale companies of approximately 750 employees.
Expertise in partnering with UX teams across research, design, and content.
Strong external communication skills for sales support, conferences, and analyst engagement.
History of developing internal leaders and coaching senior individual contributors into management.
Experience with integration platforms, API management, or data pipeline products is preferred.
Familiarity with iPaaS market dynamics such as Gartner MQ or Forrester Wave is preferred.
Experience managing OEM partnerships or embedded technology relationships is preferred.

Own product strategy for Core Platform, AI, API Management, and Data Ingestion, developing multi-quarter roadmaps tied to revenue and retention.
Deepen strategic autonomy across the PM organization by extending decision-making authority to senior product managers.
Drive AI product-market fit to ensure Celigo's AI capabilities deliver measurable outcomes with autonomous agents.
Lead the AI transformation of PM practice by operationalizing how AI reshapes the product development lifecycle.
Manage and develop a distributed team, setting clear expectations and building trust across time zones.
Represent Celigo externally through strategic sales support, conference speaking, and analyst relations.
