- 5+ years of combined experience in cloud engineering, cloud operations, infrastructure, or cloud cost management, including at least 3 years focused on cloud financial management, cost optimization, or FinOps.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, finance, business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, operations, or infrastructure.
- 3+ years focused on cloud financial management, cost optimization, or FinOps.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing, consulting, or service delivery role.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or PowerShell).
- Experience using cloud cost management, billing analysis, or reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated experience integrating third-party tools and billing data sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing multi-client environments.
- Ability to complete background screening and required vetting.
Responsibilities
- Lead detailed analysis of cloud spend, usage trends, and optimization opportunities across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Define and maintain unit economics and cost-per-unit metrics tied to business drivers.
- Develop and present financially grounded recommendations to technical, finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage commitment portfolios, including reserved capacity and savings plan modeling.
- Facilitate recurring client advisory calls regarding cost optimization and billing.
- Build automation using SQL, Python, or PowerShell to improve delivery quality and scale.
- Mentor team members and contribute to internal standards, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
