Requirements
- 3+ years leading product at Lead or Director level, overseeing multi-team organizations.
- Proven track record in consumer or two-sided marketplace products at significant scale (millions of MAU).
- Deep fluency with experimentation, funnel analytics, and growth loops.
- Experience shipping AI-driven product experiences to production.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for marketplace-specific challenges like liquidity, matching, and pricing.
- Builder leadership experience: hands-on, deliberate team building with established standards.
- Founder-level ownership and drive.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with multi-market, multi-brand products is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the marketplace product strategy—vision, roadmap, outcomes—for the doctor side and the patient search-and-booking funnel.
- Drive the AI-first search and booking experience to improve matching and recommendations.
- Improve marketplace health by optimizing demand distribution, reducing doctor churn, and increasing conversion rates.
- Scale visibility products like First Class and Media360, while evolving pricing and packaging.
- Lead core marketplace re-platforming with engineering for scalable foundations.
- Build and grow a world-class product team while partnering with country leaders, marketing, sales, and the AI team.
