Requirements
- Proven experience as a product manager owning complex third-party integrations (API and file/EDI-based).
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code or prototypes.
- Deep technical fluency to read data-mapping specs, reason about reconciliation logic, and discuss idempotency or settlement thresholds with engineering teams.
- Ability to design for systems (APIs, agent-facing tools) as well as human users.
- Experience making strategic and tactical product decisions under deadline pressure.
- Excellent asynchronous written communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Bonus: Experience negotiating or managing commercial partnerships.
- Bonus: Experience in benefits, HR technology, payroll, insurance technology, or fintech domains.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the benefits infrastructure strategy, focusing on roadmap prioritization for integrations, cost-ingestion, and unified administration.
- Drive the transition from fragmented, product-specific tools to a single, consistent benefits administration and data pipeline across all global employment models.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional integration projects, including benefit cost migrations and new partner activations.
- Ensure high data integrity by serving as the escalation point for reconciliation incidents and implementing proactive systemic tooling to prevent errors.
- Manage the full lifecycle of benefits partnerships, from initial sourcing and technical evaluation to performance monitoring and sunsetting.
- Translate complex business strategies into clear roadmaps that align Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, and Legal stakeholders.
- Utilize AI-driven workflows and code-connected agents to enhance implementation processes and verify system outcomes.
