- 5+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments.
- Experience working with business executives across disciplines including compliance, risk, operations, and finance.
- Ability to define features and prioritize scope within an iterative agile delivery framework.
- Proven track record of shipping and iterating on products requiring cross-functional consensus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-informed decision making, testing, and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Scrappy and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and overcoming obstacles.
- Customer-centric mindset focused on improving member financial health.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps that improve repayment outcomes, member trust, and repeat engagement.
- Own initiatives end to end—from discovery and requirements through delivery, measurement, and iteration.
- Create simple, transparent, and reliable servicing and payment experiences across self-service and assisted channels.
- Use member insights, data, and experimentation to improve payer rate, payment success, DQ prevention, and lending-member NPS.
- Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, design, data, operations, risk, compliance, legal, and finance.
- Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, progress, and measurable business impact to senior stakeholders.
