  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, with ownership of strategy, positioning, and GTM execution.
  • Proven track record of scaling a new product line through complex expansion motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to use customer research, market intelligence, and win/loss insights to influence business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of product launches, market segmentation, pricing, packaging, and adoption measurement.
  • Exceptional storytelling and written communication skills to transform complex problems into compelling narratives.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility across leadership and frontline stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and executive teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into practical recommendations.
  • Genuine interest and commitment to becoming a subject-matter expert in K-12 education and chronic absenteeism.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% for conferences and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall market strategy for the attendance product line, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, and value propositions.
  • Translate research on chronic absenteeism and district needs into compelling narratives for education stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and leadership teams to influence pricing, packaging, and roadmap priorities based on market intelligence.
  • Lead go-to-market planning, defining launch objectives, success metrics, and monitoring market response.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis and customer research to inform actionable business recommendations.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with competitive battlecards, ROI frameworks, and buyer-specific messaging.
  • Represent the product line at industry events and conferences to engage with the education community.
