Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience, including 4 or more years in a consulting firm environment.
- Master's degree in Public Health, health education, adult learning, public administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years client-facing experience, including 2 or more in project leadership roles.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in workforce development, such as competency-based curriculum design and recruitment/retention strategies.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into practical action for audiences with varied roles and capacity levels.
- Experience managing high-trust, client-facing portfolios.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Massachusetts local public health landscape preferred.
- Experience with program evaluation, performance measurement, or mixed-methods research preferred.
- Experience supporting organizational change or equity-centered community engagement preferred.
- People management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead project design and manage client relationships to ensure exemplary satisfaction.
- Design scalable training curriculum and adult-learning frameworks for public health clients.
- Collaborate with the evaluation team on workforce capacity diagnostics and training-needs assessments.
- Provide technical assistance, including workshops, coaching, and resource walkthroughs.
- Prepare messengers for effective legislative outreach and public engagement.
- Translate field intelligence into recommendations for strategy refinement and resource updates.
- Document technical assistance activities and project outcomes in a consistent format.
