Requirements
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute creative sourcing strategies across Product, Finance, Technology, Sales, and Administrative roles.
- Strong ability to source, network with, and assess candidates across multiple disciplines and levels.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficiency with Google Suite.
- Proven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of functions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Deliver a high-quality, diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers.
- Develop and execute creative, thoughtful sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for exempt and non-exempt roles.
- Act as a strategic talent consultant and advisor to hiring managers.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in tracking and managing the recruitment process in Ashby.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in the EdTech industry and competitive talent landscape.
