Requirements
- 5+ years progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence without authority.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and driving execution in complex environments.
- Ability to think critically, identify issues, and develop actionable strategic solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and sense of ownership.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end performance management for AOP Objectives and Key Results, ensuring owner accountability.
- Maintain operational tempo by tracking progress and managing cross-functional workstreams.
- Identify and mitigate systemic risks and operational blockers to OKR success.
- Lead departmental annual planning processes and mid-year adjustments.
- Refine and document the AOP Playbook to improve planning efficiency.
- Partner with Ops Leads to prepare materials and narratives for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Build trust-based stakeholder relationships across the organization.
- Facilitate alignment between Analytics, Field, and Product stakeholders.
