Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, program management, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, tracking performance, and driving execution in a complex environment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders without authority.
- Ability to think critically, identify issues, and develop actionable strategic solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ownership for outcomes.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end performance management of AOP Objectives and Key Results.
- Act as the heartbeat of the AOP by ensuring consistent progress and keeping cross-functional workstreams on schedule.
- Identify systemic risks or operational blockers to OKR success and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate departmental annual planning processes and mid-year adjustments.
- Refine and document the AOP Playbook to standardize planning cycles.
- Partner with department Ops Leads to prepare materials for Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Build cross-functional relationships to facilitate discussions regarding progress and resource gaps.
- Act as the central point of contact for departmental roadmap changes.
