Requirements
- 2+ years building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Proficiency with Salesforce report builder, custom report types, and dashboards.
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards in Tableau, QuickSight, or comparable BI tools.
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Excellent written English and clear, asynchronous communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with experience working from specifications and service-level expectations.
- Reliable availability to overlap with United States Eastern Time business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data-preparation tools preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ reporting preferred.
- Prior experience working as part of a distributed or offshore delivery team preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build new Salesforce reports, custom report types, and dashboards to written specifications.
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the existing library of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Build and refresh Business Intelligence dashboards and data extracts.
- Perform routine quality assurance and verify data accuracy.
- Manage the report and dashboard catalog, folder structures, and visibility settings.
- Execute and monitor scheduled report refreshes and recurring distributions.
- Document report logic, field definitions, and change history.
- Manage a structured request/ticket queue to deliver changes within agreed service-level timeframes.
- Log and escalate data discrepancies and upstream data issues.
- Regression-test reports and dashboards following Salesforce releases or configuration changes.
