- Proven experience managing the full revenue cycle (quote-to-cash).
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe.
- Ability to review SQL outputs for accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills to reconcile discrepancies.
- Experience with process improvements, system upgrades, and automation projects.
- Familiarity with startup accounting practices.
- Professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end revenue operations, including quote generation, invoicing, tracking, and collections.
- Reconcile discrepancies by reviewing order forms and coordinating with sales or customers.
- Respond to customer and sales inquiries regarding billing and payment statuses.
- Support accurate revenue reporting by collaborating with the accounting team and reviewing SQL query outputs.
- Optimize financial systems such as QuickBooks Online and Stripe through upgrades, automation, and process improvements.
