Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or management accounting.
- Experience in a technology or software organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading FP&A at scale in public or high-growth private equity-backed environments.
- Exceptional financial storytelling and presentation skills for executive and Board-level stakeholders.
- Deep proficiency with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and metrics (ARR, CAC, margins).
- Strong business judgment and analytical thinking.
- Self-directed with experience managing competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise financial planning, including annual budgeting, multi-year forecasts, and long-range strategic planning.
- Serve as a financial advisor to the CFO, CEO, and executive team regarding strategic initiatives and risk assessment.
- Oversee actual-versus-plan variance reporting and analyze drivers of revenue and margin performance.
- Develop and present financial materials for the Board of Directors and external stakeholders.
- Modernize financial planning and reporting systems to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Recalibrate operational KPIs to align with enterprise financial objectives.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing FP&A team.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to support growth and operational efficiency.
