Requirements
- 7+ years of experience owning financial planning and forecasting processes end-to-end.
- Expert-level Excel modeling skills, capable of building complex models from scratch.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude to augment financial modeling and reporting.
- Strong SaaS financial acumen, including ARR modeling, churn dynamics, and cohort analysis.
- Experience in high-growth or private equity-backed environments.
- NetSuite experience or demonstrated ability to master financial systems rapidly.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data exploration and translation.
- SQL familiarity is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue (ARR) forecasting methodology and drive monthly reforecasting cycles.
- Build and maintain annual operating plan (AOP) financial models and bottom-up expense forecasts.
- Model headcount planning and operating expense plans across departments.
- Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to stress-test business drivers.
- Deliver monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis with root-cause narratives.
- Lead drafting of board reporting materials and financial narratives.
- Partner with Accounting and the Controller to support accurate financial close.
