Job Details

Demonstrated experience managing Paid Social campaigns across multiple industries and platforms.
Strong expertise with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and ideally Snapchat.
Broad paid media knowledge including Social, Search, Display, and Programmatic.
Strong data literacy including Excel, Google Workspace, and foundational SQL knowledge.
Experience using automation, machine learning, or AI tools to improve campaign performance.
Understanding of how Creative, SEO, Analytics, and Paid Media data integrate.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent.
Strong consulting and client relationship skills with the ability to communicate complex findings.
Proactive and innovative mindset with a willingness to experiment and test new approaches.
Experience contributing to thought leadership (e.g., training, webinars, or blogs).
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

Develop, execute, and measure integrated Paid Social strategies across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels.
Manage day-to-day campaign strategy and execution across an assigned portfolio of clients.
Build full-funnel paid media strategies that incorporate creative, measurement, analytics, SEO, and other paid channels.
Use campaign data, automation, machine learning, and emerging technologies to maximize client budgets and efficiency.
Develop trusted, long-term client relationships and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Monitor emerging trends and test new approaches for LLM-driven search visibility.
Coach and mentor Associates through feedback and quality assurance.
Contribute to thought leadership via blogs, webinars, case studies, and internal training sessions.
