Requirements
- Experience leading and scaling a team of 2 or more direct reports.
- Expertise in managing Paid Social campaigns across a wide range of industries, engines, and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to approach paid media as a testing discipline, including hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Proven experience in emerging social channels like TikTok and Reddit.
- Experience pitching full-funnel strategies including creative design and measurement plans.
- Demonstrated skill in developing talent through coaching and recognition.
- Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools.
- Understanding of data sources, data constructs, and the basics of SQL.
- Ability to partner with leadership on strategy and account decisions beyond own book of business.
- Strong communication skills for sharing insights via 1:1s, webinars, blogs, or case studies.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize the company vision within Paid Social and drive integration of AI, automation, and machine learning.
- Lead a team of 4 to 6 direct reports, fostering excellence and professional development.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign strategy and management for 3 to 4 client accounts.
- Own the test, learn, and iterate mindset by running experiments on company accounts before client deployment.
- Drive full-funnel Paid Social strategy across channels like Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit.
- Collaborate with Creative and SEO divisions to execute an integrated, holistic search approach.
- Build Paid Social business through cross-selling, up-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
- Create and maintain scalable processes that support AI transformation and divisional growth.
