Requirements

Proven experience leading and scaling a team of 2 or more direct reports.
Deep expertise in Paid Social channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit.
Experience managing paid media campaigns across a range of industries and engines.
Familiarity with emerging marketing channels and full-funnel strategy development.
Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools.
Understanding of data sources, data constructs, and the basics of SQL.
Evidence of treating paid media as a testing discipline, including hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows.
Strong communication skills with experience in 1:1 coaching, blogs, case studies, or speaking engagements.
Ability to work continental US based hours.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 4 to 6 direct reports, setting expectations for excellence and evidence-backed decision making.
Drive full-funnel Paid Social strategy across channels including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit.
Oversee day-to-day campaign strategy and management for 3 to 4 client accounts.
Execute tests on Seer's own accounts first to validate new platforms, formats, and AI-driven workflows.
Collaborate with Creative, SEO, and Analytics divisions to provide integrated holistic search strategies.
Grow divisional revenue through cross-selling, up-selling, and closing new projects in partnership with business development.
Establish Seer's public reputation as an industry leader through thought leadership, case studies, and original points of view.
