Requirements
- Senior operations leadership experience in a complex, multi-site or cluster environment.
- Experience leading a multi-level corporate structure including leaders of leaders.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and command of operational and financial KPIs.
- Strong understanding of OTD processes and end-to-end operational delivery.
- Ability to coach leadership teams and drive accountability across multiple sites.
- Background in operations, service, field service, maintenance, or industrial automation.
- Experience in automated warehouse or materials handling environments is preferred.
- Strong client-facing communication skills for representing the company to stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and pragmatic approach to operational decision-making.
- Fluent English required; Dutch, French, or German are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance operations delivery across the business scope.
- Oversee project deployment from design phase through installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Drive safety and quality standards across internal teams, subcontractors, and partners.
- Build and scale the maintenance operations team while conveying company culture.
- Collaborate with internal functions including Project Integration, R&D, and Sales.
- Support the sales phase to ensure operational feasibility and delivery alignment.
- Continuously improve deployment processes to support business growth.
