Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, including people management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
- Experience managing complex technical projects in warehouse automation, robotics, logistics, or industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and contractor coordination for complex deployment environments.
- Experience delivering projects under CDM 2015 regulations is highly valuable.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment and integrate new tools.
- Fluent, client-facing English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Project Operations team, focusing on delivery excellence and team structure.
- Oversee project execution from initial design phase through system commissioning and handover to Maintenance.
- Drive adherence to on-site safety procedures and quality standards among internal teams and subcontractors.
- Act as the primary interface between Deployment, R&D, Sales, and external customers.
- Support the Sales team during offer validation and early project discussions to ensure operational feasibility.
- Continuously improve deployment processes and structure to support business scaling.
