Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health sciences, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of clinical project management experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environment.
- Minimum 5 years of direct people-management experience.
- Proven leadership experience in full-service clinical trials, registries, or real-world evidence programs.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee revenue delivery, margin management, and financial performance.
- Deep knowledge of clinical project management, risk management, and resource planning.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as Planisware, CTMS, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Copilot.
- Strong understanding of FDA, EMA, Health Canada, GCP, and ICH requirements.
- Proven ability to operate within a matrixed, international organization.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 Clinical Project Managers, covering hiring, onboarding, coaching, and career development.
- Establish and enforce performance KPIs covering milestone delivery, budget adherence, quality, client satisfaction, and revenue.
- Develop resource allocation strategies to align demand with team capacity, skills, and experience.
- Drive adoption of SOPs, RACI frameworks, and governance processes across the organization.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of project milestones, financial forecasts, and portfolio data in enterprise systems.
- Partner with Quality Assurance on CAPA execution, audit responses, and inspection preparation.
- Collaborate with leaders in Data Management, Biostatistics, and Regulatory to resolve operational and delivery challenges.
