Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Proven hands-on ownership of payroll, EOR, or HR tech products.
- Experience shipping and scaling products through a growth phase.
- Ready for a domain leadership role or experience leading a small product area.
- Strong product discovery instincts using customer input and data.
- Experience with AI as a product feature and internal working tool.
- Comfortable operating in a fast, direct, and low-process remote environment.
- Deep understanding of payroll calculation logic and global compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own the EOR and Global Payroll product roadmap, deciding direction and features.
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers, prospects, and operations teams to inform product direction.
- Synthesize feedback from customer service, sales, and operations into a prioritized product plan.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams across time zones.
- Manage and hire 2 to 3 product managers to support the domain.
- Develop internal platforms and AI agents to scale payroll and EOR operations.
- Analyze complex global payroll calculation logic, compliance, and country-specific workflows.
