- Proven experience creating clear, well-researched documentation of business value, risks, and impact.
- Strong ability to articulate complex problems in a digestible way.
- Focus on creating measurable outcomes using qualitative and quantitative research.
- Demonstrated ability to work AI-fluently with concrete examples of workflows.
- Experience in identifying and correcting errors in model outputs.
- Highly organized with stress-resilience.
- Flexible communicator comfortable speaking with front-line managers and executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build a deep understanding of core users through direct and indirect research.
- Craft a vision and strategy that contributes to product strategy and drives progress toward business goals.
- Translate knowledge into a compelling, well-researched strategy and roadmap for record-breaking growth.
- Co-lead customer discovery, facilitate journey mapping, and identify key tasks for user segments.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and R&D to define solutions to user challenges.
- Level up approaches and drive product-led decision-making across the R&D organization.
