Requirements
- 4+ years of end-to-end B2B/B2B2C Product Management experience.
- Experience in identity, computer vision, fraud, or high-throughput ML systems.
- ML Fluency: ability to understand precision/recall, loss functions, and threshold impact on conversion.
- Technical Independence: ability to write queries, debug data pipelines, and conduct root-cause analysis.
- Customer Credibility: ability to have highly technical conversations with enterprise clients.
- Experience thriving in a high-ambiguity, fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for physical document IDV—covering accuracy, coverage, fraud detection, and conversion.
- Partner with data scientists and ML engineers on model and system trade-offs.
- Manage trade-offs between accuracy, conversion, latency, and cost for enterprise contracts.
- Act as the technical voice of Veriff in enterprise customer calls and deep-dives.
- Collaborate with operations and annotation teams to manage human-in-the-loop workflows and training data quality.
- Coordinate with product marketing, legal, privacy, and analytics teams to scale and position the product.
