Requirements
- 5+ years of experience shipping production software end-to-end.
- Meaningful experience working directly with customers or partner teams.
- Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases and technical environments.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
- Hands-on experience integrating APIs and SDKs.
- Experience troubleshooting toolchains and CI environments.
- Familiarity with design systems, design-to-code workflows, tokens, and component libraries.
- Knowledge of enterprise technical requirements such as SSO, security reviews, access controls, and data residency.
- Excellent communication and technical partnership skills for building trust with senior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Make enterprise design systems agent-ready by fixing tokens, naming, and guidelines, and implementing Code Connect.
- Deploy product features like Make Local and Code Layers within customer environments by writing code, configuration, and agent skills.
- Conduct technical discovery to understand customer dev environments, toolchains, and constraints to scope paths to value.
- Debug complex integration problems including git workflows, CI pipelines, and non-standard stacks.
- Build LLM-powered workflows including MCP setup, agent skills, and custom prompt engineering.
- Turn one-off technical solutions into reusable playbooks and actionable product feedback for core Engineering teams.
