Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions engineer, implementation consultant, technical account manager).
- 4-5 years of experience navigating Azure, JavaScript, and Typescript.
- Strong background in SQL and Azure SQL database management.
- 2-3+ years of experience operating in Notion and Jira.
- Proficiency in C# and comfort reading/debugging codebases.
- Track record of building non-trivial workflows, rules, forms, or integrations on SaaS platforms.
- Ability to scope issues for large, enterprise clients and identify root causes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and environments simultaneously.
- Experience writing clear, well-scoped bug reports and feature requests.
Responsibilities
- Lead regular technical working sessions with customers to address evolving needs.
- Configure, script, and write code for workflow setup, rule-building, integrations, and data corrections.
- Translate complex Employee Health requirements into functional platform solutions.
- Document solution designs in Notion and track tasks in Jira.
- Generalize fixes into reusable templates and product improvements.
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams by opening pull requests and reproducing issues.
- Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently to ensure technical success.
