Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, including global benefits and compensation program management.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience supporting benefits in multiple European countries across Europe and/or India.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience coaching and mentoring key stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of compensation concepts, including pay structures, job evaluation, bonus programs, and annual pay cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with HRBPs, TA partners, and business leaders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- High attention to detail and ability to navigate sensitive conversations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for benefits programs, including administration, employee support, and annual renewals.
- Manage relationships with benefits brokers, insurance carriers, and other vendors.
- Coordinate administration of leave programs across assigned regions in compliance with local regulations.
- Support global compensation processes including merit planning, bonus administration, and market adjustments.
- Lead job evaluations and market benchmarking activities through a consistent framework.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support talent and Total Rewards decisions.
- Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with compensation and benefits requirements.
