Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- 2–4 years of Salesforce implementation, customization, and configuration experience
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder required
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I preferred
- Strong proficiency with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Flows
- Experience developing on the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce data management, deployments, and source control
- Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data migration tools
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Understanding of enterprise application design and Salesforce best practices
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration tools
- Build solutions based on functional and technical specifications provided by Solution Architects and Consultants
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and automation to meet business requirements
- Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, web services, and middleware platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects, QA, Project Managers, and client stakeholders
- Support multiple Salesforce development initiatives simultaneously in an Agile delivery environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and production support requests
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment notes
