Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Certified Salesforce Developer required.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Triggers, Workflows, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
- Proven experience delivering within an Agile framework.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Development Lifecycle processes.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or NPSP preferred; Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, build, and deliver technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop custom user interfaces including Visualforce, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Lead or participate in technical architecture and design sessions.
- Collaborate with product teams to analyze user stories and deliver features.
- Support and implement integrations with 3rd party applications.
- Follow defined coding standards and perform code reviews.
- Debug and resolve reported technical issues and defects.
- Manage release documentation and provide technical release notes.
