Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in a senior Alliance, Channel or Partner role.
- Experience in a recurring revenue business model.
- Strong technical fluency comfortable discussing APIs, search/AI architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
- Familiarity with the landscape of agentic AI and systems integrator accelerator programs.
- Experience working with cloud partners like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and major systems integrators.
- Business-side understanding of SaaS software, search/AI, headless commerce, and API-first architectures.
- Salesforce.com experience managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to influence stakeholders.
- Proven history of developing and nurturing long-term industry and partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Algolia's partner strategy across APAC with a focus on Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and South East Asia.
- Build and manage a portfolio of consulting partners, systems integrators, technology partners and cloud partners.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new partners, with particular attention to those building agentic and AI-driven solutions.
- Enable partners on Algolia's product and technical capabilities to ensure successful positioning and delivery.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and engineering teams to coordinate go-to-market strategies, joint marketing, and co-selling.
- Own pipeline creation, deal registration, and data accuracy for the APAC partner portfolio.
