Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, construction management, construction technology, civil engineering, business management, analytics, or related certification
- 3-4 years of related work experience in project controls, project management, or construction management
- Proficiency in Excel including vlookups, xlookups, and pivot tables
- Ability to use Primavera P6 or Oracle Primavera Cloud
- Experience creating and maintaining CPM schedules that adhere to EVM and client requirements
- Experience building and maintaining EVM schedules from template through closeout
- Residency in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, or New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, and perform schedule analysis to identify delays and propose corrective actions
- Conduct cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis with corrective action proposals
- Calculate and analyze EV metrics to identify project performance issues
- Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor and manage project scope to align with objectives
- Track and manage project resources
- Provide feedback on processes, metrics, and reports
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
