Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience working with FACTS operating systems.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and PivotTables.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, monitor, and deliver initiatives from beginning to completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work effectively with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, implement, and oversee organizational programs and initiatives, ensuring objectives, milestones, and deadlines are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Monitor program progress and performance, identify risks or delays, and coordinate timely solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Collaborate with team members, managers, stakeholders, and external partners to support successful program delivery and positive client experiences.
  • Track program budgets, monitor expenses, and support cost-effective management of projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports covering program status, performance, outcomes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead orientation sessions and coordinate training for new clients, introducing them to relevant services, policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding resources, including checklists, training materials, guides, and client documentation.
  • Provide ongoing support to newly onboarded clients, responding to questions, resolving concerns, and helping ensure successful adoption.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to identify improvements that can strengthen the onboarding experience and overall program effectiveness.
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel and other technology solutions to track program metrics, analyze onboarding information, and support operational decision-making.
