Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a D365 F&SCM or Dynamics AX Functional Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar ERP functional role
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more D365 F&SCM modules or business process areas
- Experience across multiple phases of D365 F&SCM implementations (requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support)
- Working knowledge of D365 F&SCM integrations, data entities, workflows, security, reporting, and batch processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to explain complex ideas in plain business language
- Collaborative, personable approach to stakeholder workshops and technical design reviews
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand their processes, pain points, and goals
- Perform fit-to-standard and fit-gap analysis using Microsoft's standard D365 F&SCM functionality
- Analyze existing configurations and customizations to determine necessity
- Present solution options to stakeholders with clear recommendations and trade-off analysis
- Configure D365 F&SCM functionality within assigned modules
- Support the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through go-live and stabilization
- Create functional documentation including requirements, business rules, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Act as the functional bridge between business and technical teams
- Coordinate or execute testing and build reusable test cases for regression and automation
