Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA/software testing.
- 2+ years of experience in the Web3 space.
- 2+ years of experience in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven track record of building and scaling test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, etc.).
- Strong experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines.
- Familiarity with Web3 technologies: smart contracts, wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, hardware wallets), blockchain transactions, gas estimations.
- Experience testing APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Linear, TestRail, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the overall QA strategy, including automation coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness criteria.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks (web, mobile, APIs, and smart contracts integration).
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions etc.) to support continuous delivery.
- Lead test planning, execution, and reporting for major releases, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria and ensure testability of requirements.
- Build tools and processes for cross-browser, cross-device, and wallet integration testing.
- Establish and enforce QA best practices across teams.
- Mentor other QA engineers/analysts, providing guidance on automation, bug triage, and process improvements.
- Work closely with DevOps to strengthen release pipelines and quality gates.
