Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in the insurance industry (Insurtech or health insurance preferred).
- Strong knowledge of business analysis concepts, requirements gathering, and technical translation.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in process documentation and system functionality mapping.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be currently based in Vietnam.
- Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS, LOMA, or III is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Identify business problems and develop analytical solutions in collaboration with clients and technical teams.
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements through work sessions and interviews.
- Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to verify system alignment with requirements.
- Develop business requirement documents and user stories.
- Support QA, UAT, and release phases via defect analysis and change maintenance.
- Assist in providing project task time estimates and updating procedural documentation.
