Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience administering and supporting ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
- More than 3 years of experience integrating GIS with corporate applications, REST APIs, and ETL tools (including FME).
- More than 3 years of experience administering enterprise multi-user geodatabases.
- Strong understanding of ArcGIS Utility Network architecture, topology, and editing workflows.
- Experience supporting Utility Network migration and production Go-Live readiness.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex GIS platform, integration, and geodatabase issues.
- Knowledge of GIS security, authentication, and enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience delivering GIS projects for electricity utilities or critical infrastructure organizations.
- Ability to lead technical analysis across GIS, infrastructure, databases, and networks.
Responsibilities
- Act as technical authority and provide solution governance for enterprise GIS platforms.
- Maintain technical ownership of ArcGIS Enterprise environments.
- Provide technical leadership for Utility Network migration, testing, and post-Go-Live support.
- Oversee technical ownership of GIS integrations, applications, and enterprise geodatabases.
- Ensure the operational assurance and support of production GIS systems.
- Contribute to technical knowledge transfer and provide expert support to stakeholders.
