Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience building things that go to market (e.g., technical content, growth engineering, GTM engineering, DevRel, or founder background).
- Proven ability to write high-quality technical content for a technical audience.
- Strong prompt engineering skills focusing on multi-step LLM pipelines, structured outputs, and evaluation systems.
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, including experience with APIs, webhooks, and databases.
- Data fluency sufficient to credibly write for Staff Data Engineers and CDOs (pipelines, data quality, warehouses).
- Experience or familiarity with agentic workflows, Claude Code, or MCP servers.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed, async team.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Generalist mindset with a focus on building systems to remove bottlenecks.
Responsibilities
- Own content strategy end-to-end including website, technical blogs, webinars, and product videos.
- Build automated systems to scale content production beyond manual hand-made output.
- Interview founders, customer engineers, and customers to extract and publish unique technical insights.
- Develop and manage LLM-based pipelines for content generation that maintain distinct professional voices.
- Write code daily to build workflows and content systems using Python or TypeScript.
- Collaborate directly with the Growth team and founders to define content strategy.
