Requirements
- 8+ years of experience functioning in business analysis and quality assurance roles.
- Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) framework.
- Broad background with software development processes and quality assurance methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Playwright.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with accounting and financial concepts.
- Proven track record of managing user requirements to time constraints.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work during Central Time (CT) and Eastern Time (EST) hours.
- Professional proficiency in English for all documentation and communication.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document workflows and application features.
- Elicit and document requirements and user stories in Jira.
- Translate application processes into functional test cases and execute manual testing.
- Collaborate with QA Engineers to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
- Log, track, and manage defects and partner with Product Owners on risk mitigation.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support beta testing cycles.
- Assist with change management, including user training and communication.
