Requirements
- Practical knowledge of software functional testing and quality assurance principles.
- Experience creating and executing test cases and structured testing scenarios.
- Ability to document test scenarios, evidence, results, and findings clearly and accurately.
- Knowledge of defect reporting, tracking, and follow-up throughout the resolution lifecycle.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective testing scenarios.
- Proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify potential quality risks.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing of applications and software systems, validating whether solutions meet defined requirements.
- Create end-to-end test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.
- Develop, document, and maintain detailed test cases, including clear execution steps and expected results.
- Execute manual tests following releases provided by the development team.
- Validate both functional and non-functional requirements throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track bugs and inconsistencies discovered during testing.
- Conduct regression and retesting activities to confirm that reported issues have been properly resolved.
- Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Business teams to support the quality of software deliveries.
