Job Details

Previous experience in a QA, testing, gaming, or other detail-oriented environment.
Active experience as a Roblox player and a strong understanding of Roblox gameplay, player behavior, and community expectations.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, defects, or unexpected behavior.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
A focused, patient, and methodical approach to repetitive or high-volume tasks.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at different levels.
Availability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Test the game in both live and QA environments across mobile, tablet, PC, and console, ensuring broad test coverage and identifying issues early.
Reproduce, investigate, and document bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, logs, and other relevant supporting materials.
Approach testing from the player’s perspective, representing community expectations and identifying issues that could negatively affect the user experience.
Collaborate with the QA Lead to develop and execute comprehensive test plans designed to anticipate potential issues ahead of releases.
Work closely with other QA testers to communicate testing progress, risks, findings, and results, ensuring effective coverage across assignments.
Maintain a methodical approach to repetitive or high-volume testing while meeting deadlines and release requirements.
Help protect the quality and consistency of the game by identifying inconsistencies, defects, and details that may not meet expected standards.
