Requirements
- Completed university degree
- Pedagogical-didactic aptitude confirmed through practical experience
- Above-average doctorate in business information systems, computer science, data science or related fields
- At least five years of professional practice, with at least three years outside the higher education sector
- Ability and willingness to conduct teaching, research, and transfer activities in English
- Willingness to develop higher education teaching competencies, particularly in (generative) AI-supported teaching
- Proven experience in industry or research projects related to AI and data-driven business applications
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the Bachelor's program in Digital Business and Transformation, and assist in recruiting students
- Conduct live sessions on business information systems, business analytics, applied artificial intelligence and data engineering in English
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support for project and research work
- Design and evaluate portfolio assessments, exams, and bachelor's theses
- Conduct practice-oriented research and transfer projects in the areas of business analytics, applied artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making
- Initiate research collaborations and acquire third-party funding
- Publish research findings and represent the university at specialist presentations and industry events
