5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
Proven experience leading business analysis across multiple concurrent Salesforce projects.
Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration, including Flow, permission sets, and reports.
Experience working with external systems integrators or implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of integrations, data migration, data mapping, and data governance.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent Salesforce projects and initiatives.
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, requirements discussions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
Define effective solutions by partnering with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
Document current-state and future-state business processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Challenge existing processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
Evaluate solution options, balancing business value, technical complexity, and total cost of ownership.
Validate solution designs using Salesforce declarative capabilities like Flow, reports, and permission sets.
Lead User Acceptance Testing, defect triage, and deployment readiness activities.
