Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.
- Proven experience leading business analysis across multiple concurrent Salesforce projects.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration, including Flow, permission sets, and reports.
- Experience working with external systems integrators or implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of integrations, data migration, data mapping, and data governance.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis across multiple concurrent Salesforce projects and initiatives.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, requirements discussions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
- Define effective solutions by partnering with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Challenge existing processes to identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation.
- Evaluate solution options, balancing business value, technical complexity, and total cost of ownership.
- Validate solution designs using Salesforce declarative capabilities like Flow, reports, and permission sets.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing, defect triage, and deployment readiness activities.
